What is rotomolded construction?
This is really just a fancy way of explaining the process behind our rotomolded coolers. A mold is filled with resin, which is heated and then rotated as the insulating layer cools down. Unlike other methods of insulation, it ensures perfectly even distribution and creates a final product that is practically indestructible.
What does your lifetime warranty cover?
We warranty our products from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear, lost parts and abuse are not covered. Contact support@cubixoutdoors.com if you have a warranty claim.
Do you only offer coolers?
Nope! We've got some pretty sweet tumblers and accessories to accompany your trusted rotomolded cooler.
How can I care for and maintain my products?
It's your lucky day! We've got an entire page dedicated to caring for your products here . tldr; clean the exterior and interior of your cooler with a damp cloth and replace any broken or missing parts as soon as possible.
